Soccer to Streaming Television. fubo’s evolution
fuboTV launched in 2015 as a service for soccer fans. Little by little, the company signed deals with providers such as Univision, beIn Sports, and GolTV until it came to have one of the world’s largest libraries of live soccer games and on-demand coverage. With soccer allowing fubo to break into the market, it was only a matter of time until fubo would grow its subscriber base and sign bigger content deals. Creating a live streaming service as well as a rich on-demand catalog was the core focus of the evolution of fuboTV. Today the service now offers 100+ channels with features like cloud DVR, 4K, and much more.

Modify for mobile
After launching tvOS with our new branding, we needed to adapt our designs for mobile and web. Our new components were designed for scrollable layouts, animations, and metadata suited for tvOS.
Adapting the components for mobile made the interface too large and hard to focus. We tried several options and gave it a fresh minimal design that showcased our programming images with some minor UX adjustments.
